Let’s make things
a little clearer.
Your questions about Haba, the Cashpot and what comes next.
How does Haba work?
Shop at participating stores and have your eligible purchase verified. Campaign rewards are shown in Kenyan shillings in one Cashpot. The beta will help us refine the experience before a wider launch.
Can I use rewards at another participating store?
That is the core idea: one shared Cashpot across the Haba network, including the store where you earned. Redemption is subject to participating-store availability, campaign rules and the final programme terms.
Can I withdraw my Cashpot to M-Pesa?
We are currently designing in-store rewards. Cash withdrawals and M-Pesa payouts are not being offered through this website. We will publish supported redemption options before launch.
Is Chama a savings account?
No. The Chama Engine is designed around eligible shopping activity and shared reward goals. It does not require you to deposit savings or transfer money to a group.
Is the app available to download?
Not yet. Join the beta list for an invitation when access opens. Registering interest is free and does not guarantee a place or launch date.
How do I sign up my store?
Start with our merchant questionnaire. Tell us how your business works and whether you would like a pilot conversation. We will review your interest and discuss the fit together.
Who pays for the rewards?
Each campaign needs an agreed funding source, such as a participating merchant or a brand sponsor. Funding, redemption reimbursement and settlement terms must be agreed before a store joins a campaign.
What happens to my details?
We use them to manage beta interest, understand merchant needs or respond to your message. Optional email updates need a separate choice. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details at info@habarewards.com.
