This notice covers the Haba Rewards website’s beta registration, merchant questionnaire, contact form and team dashboard. Contact info@habarewards.com with privacy questions or requests.
What we collect and why
Beta registration collects your name, contact details, location, shopping preferences, device type and feedback to manage invitations and improve the product. Merchant research collects business details and the answers you choose to provide so we can understand needs and discuss a pilot if you are interested. The contact form collects details needed to respond to your enquiry.
Required fields are marked. Optional notes and optional email updates are your choice. Please avoid adding sensitive personal information to open-text fields.
Your choices
Submitting a form authorises us to use your details for the purpose described beside it. Product news by email is a separate, optional choice. You can withdraw that choice by emailing info@habarewards.com. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed.
Who can access the information
Authorised Haba team members can review responses in a password-protected dashboard. Our hosting, database and email providers process information needed to operate this website. Email notifications direct the team to the protected dashboard rather than including full responses. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and security
We use a necessary session cookie to protect forms and keep team members signed in. This website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Temporary, hashed network identifiers help limit abuse. Submitted information is protected by access controls; internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed risk-free.
Keeping and removing information
We aim to retain beta and merchant research records for up to 12 months after the last relevant interaction, and contact enquiries for up to 12 months after resolution, unless an ongoing relationship or a legal obligation requires longer. We review and remove records manually. Restricted backups may persist until the hosting provider’s backup cycle expires.
Access, correction and deletion
Email info@habarewards.com to request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw consent. We may ask for information needed to verify that the record belongs to you. We will explain any reason a request cannot be fully completed.
Age and future product terms
Website beta registration is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Before launching the rewards programme, we will publish product-specific privacy information and terms. Changes to this website notice will be dated here.
